1. Applicable Law
These Terms and all policies of KadamPe shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:
- Indian Contract Act, 1872
- Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023
- Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007
- Income Tax Act, 1961
2. Dispute Resolution
Step 1: Internal Resolution
Users are encouraged to first contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@kadampe.app. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 15 days.
Step 2: Mediation
If the grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, either party may refer the dispute to mediation under the Mediation Act, 2023.
Step 3: Courts
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
3. Severability & Amendment
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
KadamPe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes at least 15 days in advance via email and/or in-app notification. Continued use of the app after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
