Thank you for choosing KadamPe. We strive to offer the best experience with our app. Please read our refund policy carefully for both subscriptions and one-time purchases.

1. One-Time Purchases

Refunds for one-time purchases are considered under the following conditions:

  • The purchase was made in error or duplicated.

  • The product or service was not delivered or did not function as described.

  • A technical issue occurred during the transaction.

Requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, refunds for subscription payments will be issued only if:

  • The subscription was not used after renewal.

  • The subscription was auto-renewed without clear notice and the user contacted us within 3 days.

  • There was a billing error or technical issue.


    No refunds will be provided for partial usage or unused time after the cancellation window.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@kadampe.com with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Order ID or Transaction ID

  • Purchase date

  • Reason for refund request

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method through Razorpay.
