General Rule: Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins, except in cases specified below.
1. Subscription Refunds
Accidental Purchase
✅ Full Refund — Within 48 hours via Apple/Google
Technical Failure (KadamPe's fault)
✅ Full/Prorated Refund — After verification of logs. If the app is non-functional for more than 72 consecutive hours due to KadamPe's technical issues, a pro-rata refund for the downtime period will be provided.
Mid-Cycle Cancellation
❌ No Refund — Access continues until cycle ends
2. Challenge Entry Fees
- Before Challenge Starts: 100% refund to Rewards Balance
- After Challenge Starts: Entry fee forfeited
- Challenge Cancelled by KadamPe: 100% refund + pro-rata prizes

4. Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
- Go to App → Settings → Subscription
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
- Review the confirmation popup
- Authenticate via Apple/Google
- Receive confirmation email
Alternative: You can also cancel through Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Access continues until your paid period expires
- Rewards Balance is safe — withdraw anytime meeting thresholds
- Easy resubscription — resume anytime with same account
- No refunds for unused days, except for extended service downtime caused by KadamPe (pro-rata refund applies)
5. Failed Transactions
Failed withdrawal amounts are automatically credited back to your Rewards Balance within 24 hours. Common failure reasons include incorrect UPI ID/bank details, closed/frozen accounts, daily transaction limits exceeded, or technical issues at bank's end.
