1. How to Earn

Walk 5,000+ steps daily to start earning
Earn ₹1 for every 50 steps after 5,000
Daily earning caps: ₹40 (Lite), ₹120 (Standard), ₹200 (Pro)
Daily step counting is calculated from 00:00 to 23:59 hours each day

2. Step Tracking & Accuracy

Step counts are recorded through KadamPe's own step counter, Google Fit (Android), or Apple Health (iOS). The platform uses AI-based fraud detection systems to ensure accuracy and prevent manipulation of step data.

System Accuracy: Less than 0.7% false-positive rate

3. Account Rules

One account per person — No exceptions
Must be 18+ years old to use KadamPe
One device at a time — No device sharing
Complete KYC verification for withdrawals

4. Strictly Prohibited

Warning: Any form of cheating or fraud is strictly prohibited and will result in penalties.

5. Do's and Don'ts

Keep your app updated to the latest version
Walk naturally and maintain healthy habits
Withdraw after reaching your plan's minimum threshold
Complete 5,000+ steps daily before 23:59 hours

❌ Don'ts

Don't walk without carrying your mobile phone
Don't share your account credentials
Don't use mechanical devices to fake steps
Don't try to bypass security measures
Don't ignore penalty warnings
Don't let penalties accumulate

6. Penalties & Misses

You get 3 missed days without penalty in every 30-day cycle
If your daily steps are below 5,000 after these free misses, a penalty will apply: ₹25 (Lite), ₹75 (Standard), ₹125 (Pro) per missed day
The penalty amount will be automatically deducted from your earned balance
Total penalties in any 30-day cycle shall not exceed your subscription fee for that cycle

7. Withdrawal Rules

Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹1,500 (Lite), ₹4,000 (Standard), ₹8,000 (Pro)
Withdrawal is allowed only when your earned balance reaches the minimum withdrawal limit for your plan
Withdrawal requests will be processed within 3–4 business days
Payments are processed securely through an RBI-authorized banking payment gateway
KYC verification (PAN + Aadhaar/ID) is mandatory before first withdrawal
TDS may apply on reward payouts as per the Income Tax Act, 1961 — consult a tax professional

8. Subscription Rules

Active subscription required to earn after trial
Plans: ₹349 (Lite), ₹699 (Standard), ₹1,299 (Pro) per month
Trial bonuses unlock after 2 consecutive paid months
Auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before cycle ends — a pre-debit notification will be sent before each renewal
No refunds for unused days, except for extended service downtime caused by KadamPe (pro-rata refund applies)

9. Important Disclaimer

KadamPe is a fitness and wellness rewards platform designed to encourage healthy lifestyle habits. The platform is not an income-generating program, investment scheme, deposit scheme, money circulation scheme, or financial instrument under any applicable Indian law. Rewards are promotional incentives funded by subscription revenue, advertising, and corporate wellness partnerships — based on verified physical activity.

10. Grievance & Legal

For complaints or issues, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@kadampe.app (response within 48 hours, resolution within 15 days). All disputes are governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are fully preserved.
