1. Cancellation Process
In-App Cancellation
- Go to App > Settings > Subscription
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
- Review the confirmation popup
- Authenticate via Apple/Google
- Receive confirmation email
Alternative: You can also cancel through Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings.
2. What Happens After Cancellation
- ✅ Access Until Cycle End: Keep earning until your paid period expires
- 🪙 Rewards Balance Safe: Withdraw anytime meeting thresholds
- 🔄 Easy Resubscription: Resume anytime with same account
3. Important Notes
No Refunds for Unused Days: Cancellation does not provide refunds for the remaining days in your current billing cycle, except in cases of extended service downtime attributable to KadamPe.
Trial Bonuses
Locked trial bonuses (up to ₹100) remain locked unless you resubscribe and complete two consecutive paid months.
Challenges
You cannot join new challenges after cancellation, but can complete active ones.
