1. Acceptance & Eligibility
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use KadamPe, as per the Indian Majority Act, 1875.
1.2 Account Restrictions
- One account per person only
- Account sharing or transfer is strictly prohibited
- You must provide accurate information during registration
1.3 Legal Agreement
By using KadamPe, you enter into a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1.4 Nature of Platform
KadamPe is a promotional rewards platform. By subscribing, you are purchasing access to a fitness motivation service that provides promotional rewards for verified physical activity. This is not an investment, deposit, or guaranteed-return scheme. The subscription fee is consideration for the service and not a deposit within the meaning of any applicable financial regulation.
2. How KadamPe Works
Earning Formula: Daily Earnings = (Total Steps − 5,000) ÷ 50 × ₹1
Example: 7,000 steps = (7,000 − 5,000) ÷ 50 × ₹1 = ₹40 earned
Step Tracking: Step counts are recorded through KadamPe's own step counter, Google Fit (Android), or Apple Health (iOS).

Note: All prices include 18% GST. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the billing cycle ends. A pre-debit notification will be sent at least 24 hours before each auto-renewal charge, in compliance with RBI's recurring payment framework.
4. Free Trial
KadamPe offers a 7-day free trial with locked bonuses up to ₹100: ₹25 Welcome Bonus, ₹10 Early Win (first 3,000 steps), ₹15 Threshold Bonus (6,000 steps), and ₹50 Fast-Track Bonus (subscribe within 72 hours).
Unlock Condition: Trial bonuses remain locked until you complete two consecutive paid months on any subscription plan.
5. Penalties & Misses
Each 30-day cycle includes 3 free missed days (steps below 5,000). After free misses:
Standard
₹75 per missed day
Penalties are automatically deducted from your Rewards Balance. Daily step counting: 00:00 to 23:59 hours. Total penalties in any 30-day cycle shall not exceed your subscription fee for that cycle.
6. Prohibited Activities
Strictly Prohibited:
- Using software/hardware to generate fake steps
- GPS spoofing or location manipulation
- Phone shaking or mechanical devices to simulate steps
- Multiple accounts or device sharing
- Reverse engineering the app
- Any form of fraud or cheating
Consequences: 1st violation — Warning & step invalidation. 2nd violation — Financial penalties & temporary suspension. 3rd violation — Permanent ban & balance forfeiture.
7. Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum: ₹1,500 (Lite), ₹4,000 (Standard), ₹8,000 (Pro)
- Withdrawal allowed only when earned balance reaches plan threshold
- Processing: 3–4 business days
- Payments via RBI-authorized banking payment gateway
- KYC verification (PAN + Aadhaar/ID) mandatory before first withdrawal
8. Tax Compliance
TDS may be applicable on reward payouts as per the Income Tax Act, 1961. The applicable rate, threshold, and section (including Sections 194B, 194R, or 56(2)(x)) will be determined based on the nature of the reward. KadamPe TAN: HYDK17323F. If PAN is not provided: TDS at 20% (Section 206AA).
