1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use KadamPe, as per the Indian Majority Act, 1875.
1.2 Account Restrictions
- One account per person only
- Account sharing or transfer is strictly prohibited
- You must provide accurate information during registration
1.3 Legal Agreement
By using KadamPe, you enter into a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1.4 Nature of Platform
By subscribing, you are purchasing access to a fitness motivation service that provides promotional rewards for verified physical activity. This is not an investment, deposit, or guaranteed-return scheme. The subscription fee is consideration for the service and not a deposit within the meaning of any applicable financial regulation.

5. Bonus Rewards

6. Penalties & Misses
Penalties After Free Misses:
- Lite: ₹25 per missed day
- Standard: ₹75 per missed day
- Pro: ₹125 per missed day
Penalties are automatically deducted from your Rewards Balance. Negative balances block withdrawals until cleared. Daily step counting is from 00:00 to 23:59 hours.
7. Step Tracking & Accuracy
KadamPe uses its own step counter, Google Fit (Android), or Apple Health (iOS). We utilize AI-based fraud detection with less than 0.7% false-positive rate. Features include GPS-accelerometer cross-validation, pattern analysis, device fingerprinting, and time-based anomaly detection.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Using software/hardware to generate fake steps
- GPS spoofing or location manipulation
- Phone shaking or mechanical devices to simulate steps
- Multiple accounts or device sharing
- Reverse engineering the app
- Any form of fraud or cheating
Consequences
- First Violation: Warning and step invalidation
- Second Violation: Financial penalties and temporary suspension
- Third Violation: Permanent ban and balance forfeiture
9. Withdrawal Policy
- Minimum Limits: ₹1,500 (Lite), ₹4,000 (Standard), ₹8,000 (Pro)
- Processing: 3–4 business days via RBI-authorized banking payment gateway
- Failed Transactions: Auto-reversal to Rewards Balance within 24 hours.
10. KYC & Tax Compliance
KYC Requirements
Basic KYC (PAN card, Aadhaar/ID, Bank verification) is mandatory for all withdrawals. Enhanced KYC (Address proof, bank statement, video verification) applies for annual withdrawals >₹50,000. KYC is a one-time process as per RBI's Master Direction.
Tax Deduction at Source (TDS)
TDS may apply on reward payouts as per the Income Tax Act, 1961 (including Sections 194B, 194R, or 56(2)(x)).
